1. ISR (SA) Pty Ltd does not provide any guarantees, undertakings or warranties, in relation to the information provided in the Solvere Online Academy.
2. ISR (SA) Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly, indirectly, or consequentially, out of the use of the Solvere Online Academy, except where the law prevents such liability being excluded, and you indemnify ISR (SA) Pty Ltd to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Where ISR (SA) Pty Ltd cannot by law exclude liability, its liability will be limited to a refund of the amount paid by you for the Solvere Online Academy, or any other remedy required by law.
4. Your Course membership is valid for 12 months and you will not provide the Solvere Online Academy, or access to it, to any other person. You agree that if you do so, you will have committed a breach of ISR (SA) Pty Ltd's intellectual property rights, and you agree to indemnify Solvere from any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage sustained.
5. “ISR (SA) Pty Ltd” means ISR (SA) Pty Ltd, its related entities, and any assigns.
6. Any testimonials and examples within our marketing materials are not to be taken as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
7. You acknowledge and agree that ISR (SA) Pty Ltd, its directors, principals, employees and representatives are not responsible for decisions that you may make nor losses that may arise out of any business or personal decision made by you at any time.
EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER
1. ISR (SA) Pty Ltd cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. You acknowledge that there is an inherent risk in any business enterprise or activity and agree there is no guarantee that you will earn any money as a result of your purchase of our Products and Services.
2. Any financial representations referenced by us on the Site, in our videos, forums or during the provision of our services are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered as promises for actual or future performance.
If you have purchased the Solvere Online Academy, but do not agree to the above, you must notify ISR (SA) Pty Ltd and cease using the Solvere Online Academy immediately.
